ARE YOUR PIECES HYPOALLERGENIC?

Yes. All designs that come into direct or prolonged contact with your skin—such as ear posts, chains, belly rings, and bracelets—are made from carefully selected 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, hypoallergenic & lead-free metals. We use:

• Surgical stainless steel or plastic posts for ultra-sensitive wear
• Solid .925 sterling silver
• Rhodium-plated finishes for added brilliance
• 14k gold-filled for lasting beauty and comfort

No, our metals will not turn your skin green. While they are tarnish-resistant, all metals can develop a natural patina over time. Light contact with water (like washing your hands or rinsing dishes) is fine, just dry promptly with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure, such as wearing your jewelry in the shower, pool, or hot tub, to help preserve the finish.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY/RETURNS

How long does shipping take?

While I prioritize sending orders out as quickly as possible, there is always the possibility of external factors that are out of my control delaying an order. Once items are packed and shipped, they will arrive within the timeframe you selected for shipping. Anywhere from 3-10 business days.

Where do you ship?

Within the US.

Can I pick up my order?

If I am scheduled to appear at an event near you, you can arrange to pick your order up from me at my booth. You can also arrange for a local pick up as well, but please be advised that I only travel within a 15 mile radius. I do not offer home pick up services.

Do you offer returns? 

Due to the nature of the product, neither returns or refunds are accepted.

Do you offer repair services? 

Sometimes things happen! If you happen to break on of your pieces, there is a chance that I can fix them. To be able to determine this, I ask that you send me 1-3 clear pictures showing where the damage is. 

If I am able to complete a repair, please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs and any additional materials necessary. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you take custom requests?

We’re happy to create one-of-a-kind pieces just for you. Custom orders may include additional design or material fees based on complexity, turnaround time, and availability. Please fill out this form for custom orders.

How long do custom orders take to complete?

Depending on what you are looking for and size of order, custom pieces can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Please note: If you have custom order needs November-December, these are the busiest months & I do not have the capacity to take on extra orders. Please plan accordingly.

Pricing

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Pricing varies depending on what type of project is requested. If you need more time to pay, AfterPay & PayPal Pay in 4 are also available payment options.
