Every ENORAH piece is handcrafted, and many are made in limited quantities or one of a kind. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@enorahjewelry.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you toward a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Memorial & Keepsake Commissions All memorial pieces are custom commissions and are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of a defect or error on our part, ENORAH's sole remedy is a remake of the original commissioned piece. Please review your commission agreement for full details.
